Lol no. These people out here could literally park right next to the cart return and still not put their cart away. It is absurdly amazing.

I always put the cart where it should go, when there is wind, those carts move by themselves and crash into others cars. I wouldnt like that happening to me so i make my contribution.

It's Target. Target shoppers are just people that were kicked out of Walmart. My Target has a fucking Pizza Hut inside, don't expect these people to do any more walking than is absolutely necessary.
